The China-based company describes AnAn as a lifelike companion robot designed for companionship and elderly support. The robot uses full-body tactile sensing to respond to touch with movements and emotional feedback, while also offering proactive interaction, reminder functions and long-term memory designed to learn a user’s interaction habits over time.
The robot made its European public debut Sept. 5 during IFA Berlin’s Robots and was previously named a CES 2026 Innovation Awards Honoree in the Artificial Intelligence category. Mind With Heart Robotics said it has signed distributor agreements in Germany and Belgium with a production run of 100 units alreadycompleted and samples available for shipment to channel partners.
The company has also established a repair and after-sales center in Belgium for European customers. A business version of AnAn includes secure dashboards that track behavioral trends and interaction patterns for care providers, according to the company.
“Bringing AnAn to Europe is an important next step for us,” founder and CEO Jiaming Zhang said in the announcement. “We are actively seeking channel partners across the region.”
