Best October Prime Day Mattress and Bedding Deals (2026)

Amazon Prime Day features thousands of items on sale, with potentially hundreds of dollars in savings. Although the lowest prices we see are usually during Amazon’s summer sale, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday, you can still snag discounts on our favorite WIRED-tested mattresses, sheets, and bedding. Prime Big Deal Days start today and run through October 7.

Amazon is probably not the first place you’d go to buy a mattress, but many items qualify for fast, free shipping with Prime, and there’s a wide range of inexpensive mattresses, bedding, and sleep tech like sound machines. I’ll be on the lookout for more deals on our favorite WIRED-tested beds and sleep tech throughout the sales event, so be sure to check back often for major discounts on these often-pricey purchases. (Note that all prices are for queen sizes.)

This Organic Mattress Is $656 Off

We love this organic mattress. It strikes a balance between plushness and pressure relief, with a little bounce that makes it a good choice for back sleepers who need a little extra support. The bed’s individually wrapped steel coils are topped with layers of organic latex and wool and an organic cotton cover. Plus, the pillowy top provides extra plushness, and the combination of top layers helps with temperature regulation.

This Plush Organic Mattress Is $600 Off

This plush organic mattress features organic cotton, with a knitted top and woven sides, and a top layer of organic wool. Beneath that are 2 inches of super-soft natural talalay latex, another inch of medium-firm talalay latex, and pocketed coils for structure, finished with an organic wool border. The coils help reduce motion transfer, while the latex hybrid design suits anyone who likes the structured feel of coils with a plusher feel. If you’re looking for an organic mattress built to last, this USA-made option comes with a 100-night trial, a 20-year warranty, free shipping, and free returns.

My Favorite Cooling Sheets Are $36 Off

I cannot tell you how much I love these cooling sheets. Made from Lyocell derived from eucalyptus, they feel super luxe and soft, and, most importantly for hot sleepers, they have a breathable design that naturally wicks moisture. I bought these for my sweaty boyfriend, and he has since become a sheets snob.

Our Favorite Cooling Pillow Is 20 Percent Off

This cooling, adjustable pillow comes in three shapes, but reviewer Nena Farrell’s favorite is the cutout version. The cutout shape is ideal for side sleepers, providing ample head and neck support while cradling the shoulder. The adjustable filling is a blend of cooling gel and memory foam, and the cover features a ventilated phase-change gel memory foam layer that wicks away moisture and heat.

This Sunrise Alarm–Sound Machine Combo Is $34 Off

This is one of the most popular Sunrise Alarms on the market today. It’s controlled by the Hatch app, where you can adjust its sounds, lights, and routines for both mornings and nights. Settings are easy to navigate with the machine’s buttons, and its compact size fits nicely on bedside tables.
